Standard Appointments, Experiences, and Events
- Upon booking your bridal appointment with Kismet Bridal, you agree that Kismet Bridal and its representative(s) are allowed on the personal property of the host. Kismet Bridal is not liable for any incidents, damages, or injuries to any appointment guest or persons within the same space.
- You agree that Kismet Bridal and/or its representatives will not be held liable for any actions, policies, incidents, damages, injuries, and the like due to 3rd party hosting spaces recommended by or booked through Kismet Bridal.
- Kismet Bridal will allow any customer to change their scheduled appointment. The 1st appointment change is free of charge; The change fee is $25 per change there after.
- Customer can cancel their bridal appointment at any time for any reason. For standard (regular) bridal appointments, if your appointment is canceled at least 72 hours before the start of your appointment, you will receive a full refund. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your appointment start time is non-refundable. For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), appointment booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories.
- Customer understands that the deposit or fee associated with booking a bridal consultant appointment is not the same deposit used to began the purchasing process of your Kismet Bridal product (see Sales and Purchases #1).
- Appointments are booked on a 1st come, 1st serve bases with a paid appointment deposit (appointment/travel fee).
- If a customer has paid for or completed a bridal consultant appointment and the customer does not purchase a dress, the deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the cost associated with your on-location experience.
- Customer and guest agree to hold Kismet Bridal harmless of any legal action due to incidents occurring because of food and/or drinks consumed at a Kismet Bridal appointment or event.
- By placing an order with Kismet Bridal, you have read and agree to Kismet Bridal’s terms and conditions. You understand that you have no agreement with Kismet Bridal other than what is written in this Sales Contract. This contract cannot be changed except in writing and as agreed to by all parties. In addition, you claim full responsibility for all balances on your account. You agree to notify Kismet Bridal in writing, or by email of any changes on your account.
Sales and Purchases
- Kismet Bridal dresses and accessories require a 50% non-refundable deposit (non-refundable full payment for sale and clearance items) to start customer’s process . Brides are welcome to pay in full or make payments towards their purchase until paid in full. Balances must be paid within 14 days of notice that product is ready for delivery or shipping. All payments are non-refundable.
- Kismet Bridal will accept your measurements at your time of purchase to help determine a standard size that is closest to your measurements. Your dress is not custom made to your specific measurements. Sizes and measurements are not exact and will vary per bride and dress. Kismet Bridal cannot be held responsible for size recommendations and measurements. Kismet Bridal is not responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided to us by the customer/purchaser, external sources, choosing your size, or for fluctuations in your measurements after your order is placed. We suggest each bride connect with a tailor for specific alterations. We are not responsible for any changes made by a 3rd party such as a tailor or cleaners.
- The average gown/product takes 16-20 weeks to process but may vary depending on the design. Brides can request a rush order (16 weeks or less) for an additional fee, however this service is not guaranteed.
- All payments are non-refundable, and Kismet Bridal may permanently retain your deposit and merchandise if any balances owed by you are not paid in full within 14 days of notice that product is ready for delivery or shipping. In addition, you hereby grant to Kismet Bridal a security interest in any and all of your merchandise in possession of Kismet Bridal for purposes of securing all unpaid balances due and any other costs, charges, or fees assessed and due from you under this contract. Brides are encouraged to be prepared should your product arrive earlier than expected.
- In the event you wish to transfer your deposit from one similar item to another, you must request this in writing via e-mail or letter, within 3 days of your deposit date, or no transfer can be granted. A $100 transfer fee will be assessed for all wedding dresses. A $40 transfer fee will be assessed for all other items.
- For brides that choose to make arrangements to receive their item(s) from a Kismet Bridal representative, items will need to be collected within a 30 day window of balance payment or a storage fee of $40 a month will be imposed. Kismet Bridal will not be held reasonable for any products once delivered by representative.
- For brides that choose to have their dressed shipped through a 3rd party carrier, Kismet Bridal will not be held responsible for any product once product leaves our care and a tracking number is provided. However, in the unfortunate event of an issue, Kismet Bridal will commit to helping our brides achieve a solution in any way we can.
- If your wedding or event is cancelled, postponed, or the date is changed, you are still responsible for full payment of your product.
- By placing an order with Kismet Bridal, you have read and agree to Kismet Bridal’s terms and conditions. You understand that you have no agreement with Kismet Bridal other than what is written in this Sales Contract. This contract cannot be changed except in writing and as agreed to by all parties. In addition, you claim full responsibility for all balances on your account. You agree to notify Kismet Bridal in writing, or by email of any changes on your account.
- Should there be a legal dispute, Kismet Bridal retains the right to have the matter resolved through an arbitration company of Kismet Bridal’s choosing. Should the matter be found in Kismet Bridal’s favor, opposing party is responsible for any preparation and legal fees in relation to the case.
Bid or Buy Dress and Accessories
Dresses sold during the bid or buy sale are the gently used dresses worn in the photos featured across our website.

4. Once your account is created, enter bid amount again.
Winners of bids will have up to 24-hours to finalize the purchase of the dress won by bid. After that period, the dress may go back up for auction or offered to another bidder.
At any time during the bidding process, including a winning bidder’s buying window, a “buy now” purchase can be made.
Metro-Orlando brides are welcome to schedule a 1-hour bid or buy appointment during the sale window. Dress availability will depend on the real time results of the sale. For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), appointment booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories.
Sample Sale Dress and Accessories
Dresses sold during the sample dress sale are the gently used dresses worn in the photos featured across our website.
Metro-Orlando brides are welcome to schedule a 1-hour sample dress sale appointment during the sale window. Dress availability will depend on the real time results of the sale. For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), appointment booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories.
Off The Rack Sale Dress and Accessories
Dresses sold during the “Off The Rack” dress sale are the gently used dresses worn in the photos featured across our website.
Metro-Orlando brides are welcome to schedule a 1-hour “Off The Rack” dress sale appointment during the sale window. Dress availability will depend on the real time results of the sale. For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), appointment booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories.
Dress and Accessory Rentals
- Kismet Bridal dresses and accessories (“product”) rentals require full payment to start customer’s process . Customers are welcome to pay in full or make payments towards their rental until paid in full. All payments are non-refundable.
- Kismet Bridal will accept your measurements at your time of your rental process to help determine a standard size that is closest to your measurements. Your dress is not custom made to your specific measurements. Sizes and measurements are not exact and will vary per bride and dress. Kismet Bridal cannot be held responsible for size recommendations and measurements. Kismet Bridal is not responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided to us by the customer/purchaser, external sources, choosing your size, or for fluctuations in your measurements after you rental order is placed.
- The average gown/product rental takes 8-12 weeks to process but may vary depending on the design. Brides can request a rush order (8 weeks or less) for an additional fee, however this service is not guaranteed.
- Customers will have a 15 day rental window from product arrival to product return. Rental dresses and accessories are shipped or delivered 8 to 10 days in advance of the wedding date on file. Customers can request additional rental days at $5 per additional day.
- Major alterations are not allowed to be made to product rentals. Minor, removable alterations (straps, temporary hem, temporary waist pinching) are allowed for an additional $100 fee with prior approval. Removable alterations must not cause any damage to rental or change the go forward function of the product.
- Customers are able to try-on rental dress in advance of 15 day rental for a fee of $35. A special 30 minute appointment will be scheduled with a Kismet Bridal consultant. The “rental try-on” option is only available to customers with a rental order on file and in progress. Appointment date & time is subject to product availability.
- In addition to customer payment for a rental, a damage/late return deposit of $300 will be authorized on a debit/credit card or accepted via check/money order. Authorizations will be released/refunded after merchandise is returned without damage.
- Damage fees are determined on a case by case bases. A late fee of $10 per day is assessed if rental items are not returned by the return deadline. After the rental is considered 30 days late, the full retail price + tax and shipping/delivery will be charged to the customer. All rental fees will be credited towards the retail price balance. Balances are due by the 37th calendar day.
- Customer understand that dress rentals may have been previously worn and are subject to minor imperfections. Kismet Bridal does not make the promise of providing a wedding dress rental completely free of imperfections.
- In the event you wish to transfer your rental payment from one similar item to another, you must request this in writing via e-mail or letter, within 3 days of your payment date, or no transfer can be granted. A $25 transfer fee will be assessed for all rental wedding dresses. A $10 transfer fee will be assessed for all other rental items.
- For customers that choose to have their dressed shipped through a 3rd party carrier, Kismet Bridal will not be held responsible for any product once product leaves our care and a tracking number is provided. Customers are responsible for rental product from product shipping/delivery date through return/received date. In the unfortunate event of an issue, Kismet Bridal will commit to helping our customers achieve a solution in any way we can.
- If your wedding or event is cancelled, postponed, or the date is changed, customer is responsible for notifying Kismet Bridal in writing. Arrangements will be made to accommodate new date, however, will be subject to availability.
- By placing an order with Kismet Bridal, you have read and agree to Kismet Bridal’s terms and conditions. You understand that you have no agreement with Kismet Bridal other than what is written in this Rental Contract. This contract cannot be changed except in writing and as agreed to by all parties. In addition, you claim full responsibility for all balances on your account. You agree to notify Kismet Bridal in writing, or by email of any changes on your account.
- Should there be a legal dispute, Kismet Bridal retains the right to have the matter resolved through an arbitration company of Kismet Bridal’s choosing. Should the matter be found in Kismet Bridal’s favor, opposing party is responsible for any preparation and legal fees in relation to the case.
Giveaways, Drawings, Raffles, Gift Certificates, Winnings, Etc.
- Gifted or free services are not redeemable for cash.
- Gifted or free services are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
- Any lost, stolen, and/or destroyed proof of winning is not subject to a replacement.
- Giveaways and the like are not to be combined with any other promos and offers.
- Giveaway winnings and the like are valid up to one (1) year (365 days) from the date of winning (counting as day 1). Kismet Bridal reserves the right to replace one (1) year (365 days) with a smaller quantity of validity.
- Persons are only eligible to be gifted or win a free service/item once in 7 years, even if announced as the winner.
- Kismet Bridal can not be held responsible for actions of 3rd party entity as a partner, recommendation, and the like. Should a 3rd party’s terms & conditions conflict with Kismet Bridal’s terms and conditions, Kismet Bridal reserves the right to be subject to the more favorable outcome.
- Kismet Bridal reserves the right to substitute 3rd party entity, product, and/or service at its discretion without prior notification or penalty.
- Kismet Bridal reserves the right to void any gifted or free service at its discretion without penalty.
- Through free-will participation and/or as a subscriber to Kismet Bridal contact list, you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Void where prohibited by law.
