Our company model is to provide a convenient, personalized, on-location bridal experience by appointment. We understand that different brides have different needs, so we offer a few different options for brides to have their own Kismet Bridal experience (1-on-1 bridal appointment, trunk shows, pop-up shops, bridal shows, etc.). No problem! Kismet Bridal will use our connections across metro-Orlando to find a host space that works with your package size.

Yes. Things come up and we want to be as flexible as possible for our brides. You can change your appointment and we will apply your appointment deposit to your new date. The appointment change fee is waived for your 1st appointment change.

Yes. For standard (regular) appointments, if your appointment is canceled at least 72 hours before the start of your appointment, you will receive a full refund. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your appointment start time is non-refundable. For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), appointment booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories.

Sure, it’s your experience and all about you! However, our bridal consultants will plan your experience according to your chosen package.

Yes. If you did not find your perfect dress during your 1st appointment or would like to try-on on a dress again, we can get you scheduled for a return appointment. Return appointments usually consist of just the bride and consultant. Though this appointment is not the full Kismet Bridal experience, we still make sure all eyes are on you!

We are glad that you have found your perfect dress and have become a Kismet Bridal Bride! For a standard bridal appointment, deposits will be credited towards your dress purchase price! For bridal appointments scheduled during a “sale” (ex: sample dress sale, bid-or-buy sale, etc.), the appointment booking deposit is not credited towards the purchase price of your dress or accessories. Our hope is that you will find your perfect dress and become a Kismet Bridal Bride. In the event that this does not happen, your deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the cost associated with your on-location experience.

Kismet Bridal dresses range form $950 to $2600. Sample dresses are discounted up to 50% off regular prices. If the prices are a bit outside of your budget, be sure to check our website and social media pages for promotions and specials.

We recommend ordering your dress 8-10 months before your wedding. However, we know that is not always possible. Should you need the dress sooner than our recommended time, contact us or speak to your bridal consultant about processing times for your dress or rush order options.

We are constantly getting new dresses and styles at Kismet Bridal. Our team is always producing something new and our website is updated quarterly. If you have a certain style in mind but don’t see it on our site yet, contact us or let your bridal consultant know.

Minor customization (ex: sleeves, straps, etc.) are allowed for standard orders, depending on the dress style.

FL State sales tax applies to all Kismet Bridal merchandise.

We offer in-person (Metro Orlando) and mail carrier options for receiving your wedding dress. We are able to ship your dress within the United States and shipping fees apply. You will receive an email to let you know your dress has been shipped and a tracking number is provided.

No worries! During checkout, use code: SHIPPING and the shipping cost will be removed for Metro-Orlando brides. Then, look out for communication from a Kismet Bridal representative for in-person shipping instructions (don’t forget to check your spam). If you change your mind and would prefer the mail carrier option, email us at info@kismetbridal.com and we will update your order.
